I wrote that diddy below awhile ago--and well, was swallowed in culinary school and restaurant life. Writing was the last thing on my mind on days off. Clearly I wanted to be Central Park reading and taking too many photos of the turtles in the lakes. Anyway, I may never post here again, but if I do it will be just like seeing a unicorn. I promise.
